We evaluate the mandatory-internship requests of relevant undergraduate students, and in the summer we support their professional development with quality internship programs. We stand by our interns at every stage of their journey so they can turn theoretical knowledge into practice and start their careers better equipped. To this end we run protocol-based collaborations with schools and universities; we see school–university–industry cooperation as an important value for raising the talents of the future.
* Our internship quotas fill quickly, mostly within the allocations reserved for our partner schools. That said, we also have limited quotas for other applications. In this context, an application to our Human Resources department is required for mandatory-internship requests to be considered.
We offer final-year or master's students part-time roles in our projects for a defined period. Through this, we provide work experience to students who are eager to develop themselves and want a strong start to their careers.
Project engineers who take part in this program also gain the opportunity to be given priority for suitable positions that may arise in the future.
