Within our Occupational Health and Safety approach, protecting employee health and keeping environmental impacts under control are among our core priorities. Accordingly, risks to human health and the environment are carefully assessed in our processes, and the necessary preventive measures are resolutely implemented.
Preventing process waste from mixing into soil, water and air; not using chemicals harmful to human health and the environment or banned from use; and managing restricted chemicals within defined limit values form the core elements of this approach. Full compliance with legal requirements and relevant regulations is the basis of all our processes.
Potential hazards our employees may be exposed to in our production processes are identified through regular risk assessments, and the necessary preventive measures are put in place. We see employee safety not merely as a legal obligation but as a fundamental part of how we work.
To this end, hazard markings and the precautions to be taken are clearly stated on product packaging, and personal protective equipment is selected in accordance with European standards. In addition, periodic trainings on OHS, environment, emergencies and fire are held, and regular emergency drills are carried out to stay prepared for potential risks.
